Men Matter provides a safe and confidential counselling service with men in mind, men often find asking for help difficult and I wanted to provide a place especially for them to be able to have somewhere to go that will understand the specific issues that men face.

Life can often be difficult at times, we go through situations that are tough to process, such as:

  • Loss

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Work Issues

  • Sexual abuse

  • Relationship struggles

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Identity issues

  • Domestic Abuse

  • Men’s issues

Sometimes we find it more difficult to cope and if things from our past are affecting our daily lives it can be hard to know where to turn.

Counselling is about forming a relationship, it is about building trust so that you can speak freely and start to find solutions to these situations. Counselling is not about giving you answers, it’s about helping you find them. The only person who can change you, is you.

I am a fully qualified counsellor who can offer a wide range of counselling services in full confidence. Whatever it is that is affecting your wellbeing, I will do my best to help.

Men Matter is based at Lincoln Counselling Centre which is a comfortable, welcoming counselling centre that is open to all.

Sessions with Graham are £40 per hour, please contact him directly to arrange an appointment:
